Every pizza I've bought there is undercooked and doughy. Pizza that thick needs to be well done, especially if it has toppings. Throw a couple more minutes on that oven and call it good.

Stopped by the Sturgis store for a pizza, I had a coupon. The Manager, Matt was upfront with me and said it's going to be a while. He had 18 pizzas ahead of me. I said that it was alright I'd stop by when I was back in town as I was headed to Rapid City. He suggested he would contact the Piedmont store and it would be ready by the time I got there. It all worked out just as it was meant to be, it was all due to the OUTSTANDING customer service and dedication to doing the right thing that Matt has as a manager. Kudos to your work ethic!!°
Dietary restrictions: They have pizza bowls without crust.
Got it home and found largest amount was bare crust with few toppings. 2 inches of bare crust around edges.shrink flation?no more papa John's for me!!

I'm giving 5 stars because the pizza is awesome. But not happy that they are not serving the Papadia's at this location ?? Also...had to order at the counter because their phone was "lost". I had been calling, trying to order for pick up. Another customer said he had an open line for his 30 mile drive. He was trying to order on his way home from work.So, while my Works pizza was bomb as always...ya'll need to get it together a bit ??
