Start caring about the customer. Redeem any occurrences at the time. Don't wait for the customer to maybe call back the next day. Be responsive. Take responsibility with the customer instead of blanket excuses. Rise above and actually become the best food and drink in town instead of mediocre at best. Get some class and get rid of the biker, redneck attitude!

Came in for pizza in June. Must have been 7 people in the place eating. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, crust was black burned, the bottom of the pizza was burned, we ate the cheese, pineapple and Canadian bacon and what crust that wasn’t burned. The cook should have never let it leave the kitchen! The waitress should have sent it back with apologies to make a new one, we should have just left. The toppings were good and it would have been a good pizza. Waitress gave us $5.00 off. Outside the place looked ok in front. Beside where you park, garbage was almost over flowing and broken chairs and unused things could have been put away or thrown out. Bummed!

Went there this evening. The bartender was the waiter. We sat at a table and were brought menus at the same time as a table of four right next to us.
The bartender/waiter came back and took the drink order for the table of four and left. Came back with their drinks and told them he would be right back to take their order. I assumed this meant he was coming to get our drink order. Nope. Turned and walked away again. He came back and again instead of coming to get at least our drink order he took the food order for the table of four. While they were ordering I told my wife if he left again without so much as an acknowledgement that we even existed we were leaving.
You guessed it, he finished taking their order turned and left. So did we.

Great food. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Handicap accessible. I was able to get in with my wheelchair and get around inside as there was plenty of room.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have a big electric wheelchair. There was plenty of room and I didn't feel cumbersome and in the way.
