Went there this evening. The bartender was the waiter. We sat at a table and were brought menus at the same time as a table of four right next to us.
The bartender/waiter came back and took the drink order for the table of four and left. Came back with their drinks and told them he would be right back to take their order. I assumed this meant he was coming to get our drink order. Nope. Turned and walked away again. He came back and again instead of coming to get at least our drink order he took the food order for the table of four. While they were ordering I told my wife if he left again without so much as an acknowledgement that we even existed we were leaving.
You guessed it, he finished taking their order turned and left. So did we.

Food was good, but the grease from the burger literally ran down my hand and totally dissolved the bun - mess. Fries are great.

Great food. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Handicap accessible. I was able to get in with my wheelchair and get around inside as there was plenty of room.
Wheelchair accessibility: I have a big electric wheelchair. There was plenty of room and I didn't feel cumbersome and in the way.

If you want breakfast be sure to get there before 10:30. Breakfast cutoff is at 11 but for some reason they cut it off early and would not serve me breakfast. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible!!! It’s crazy to me that you can’t opt out of things on your meal even after the rally is over. There were 4 people in the restaurant and no one came back to check on us, refill our drinks, or even give us our bill. The food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Unfortunately it is sad that the customer service suffered during and after the rally.

Went in for lunch took 45 minutes to get water and menus. Hostess told us server would be there in a couple minutes. Server walked around us and took and served everyone around us that were sat after us and ignored us. We got up and left. Dont recommend.

I've never had a bad experience at Sidehacks. Always good food, beverages, and a great outdoor seating area to enjoy the views.
