The vegetable were so gross and slimy. I don't think I'll be going here again. I was treated so badly and the employees are just mean. When I asked questions about prices I was told that they didn't know.

Rude and stood there talking non-stop complaining because we had to run out of the credit card cuz they didn't have change ask him to stop talking so when she came back in the car with the card we left he was acting like he was the costmer

The food itself was the same quality as most other subways that you've visited, however, the cleanliness of this location was atrocious. It didn't smell, and the bathrooms were acceptable, but there was trash on the floors, and clumps of dirt around the baseboards in every location I looked at. Looking closely, it was clear that they mopped every once in a while, but they made little effort to do a proper or thorough job.
If that's the way they keep front of house, I wouldn't care to see what the back of house areas look like. We'll be eating somewhere different the next time we pass through Sturgis.

I wondered why there were no cars out front. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Sunday after church, my Aunt and I went there. The lettuce was brown and awful looking, so I was offered the lettuce that was supposed to be newer and it was almost as bad. The tomatoes were awful looking too. The meat seemed good. We both got drinks, expecting to have iced tea and there wasn't any so we paid for drinks and got water. So I asked when they made the ice tea and they said usually in the morning. The place wasn't clean. I will never go back there as long as it is like that.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and a protein bowl. On one sandwich the steak for the sandwich wasn't warmed nor was the sandwich toasted when asked. The other sandwich the chicken was cold on a hot sandwich as well. The protein bowl was made incorrectly. Terrible food overall. Will not be back.
Most of the time Subway is pretty good- but there are times where I don’t think they properly cook their bread to the point it’s pale. Usually the bread, especially the white bread is brown-ish and has a bit of a crisp but sometimes I get a piece of bread that’s pale and not at all crisp.

Ordered FOUR sandwich platters for a work lunch. The "sandwiches" only had meat on the bread. No cheese, no lettuce, no tomato. The cost of these sandwiches were not cheap. I also ordered chips which they did not have ready and ended up throwing 28 bags into a giant cardboard box I could barely fit in my backseat. Just grossly unacceptable and unprofessional. Not to mention the hungry guys that were being fed were beyond disappointed. Don't bother with this place.

I ordered online and waiting patiently for my food was nice and used my ps and Qs but I got home to get my food and my boyfriend also got a sub and both meats were cold all the way thru and barely toasted I have chicken bacon ranch and I asked for it toasted my boyfriend got a steak egg and cheese and his egg and steak were very cold and his wasn’t toasted either. Very disappointed and I love my subway but this honestly makes me not want it to go back. Makes me very sad.the cheese isn’t even melted at all.

Ate at the Sturgis subway on 10-15-2023 with these issues. Ordered our food and watched the host pull a bag out that was ripped. He put the ripped side down so that when the bag was picked up our food fell on the floor. I also found a hair in our food from one of the gentlemen that had long hair. Why are they not wearing hairnets while preparing the food. The lettuce was also brown and not changed. Unimpressed with the subway today.
