We're mid-rally and every service worker in town is exhausted right now, you can see it in their faces.... but Brayden and the guy with long hair (I didn't get his name) were super friendly and doing a great job! The food is always the same all over the country, but their amazing attitudes made the trip to Sturgis Subway a total relief from the overpriced (& terrible) food and the burnt out service workers all over town. Bravo to those two dudes for bringing the good vibes! Give them a rally bonus!š¤š½

They were out of wraps,Italian herb and chez bread from the day before. No black olives service person says out 2 weeks now. Didn't have a lid for salad. No chips for nachos.dead.flies in the window seal. Food all over floor. Very disappointed in Sturgis Sd subway

Not sure what the point of advertising Italian herbs and cheese bread is when itās literally never available at this subway. This is the 3rd time in the last month Iāve been there and they donāt have it. Doesnāt matter what time of day. You would however think that shortly before 5 pm on a Friday night they would have all types of bread available for the night shift so not too sure what theyāre doing in there but itās not making sure they have enough bread.

Great subs! Ours were made perfectly and very good tasting. The guy who made ours is a great employee who was friendly and sociable. He did a terrific job with my sub as I added red wine vinegar & olive oil to mine and tasted so good. He added a perfect blend of the two. Nice clean place. I would eat at this place again.
Jaden had a great attitude and provided great service considering how busy this location was and being completely by himself. He is an asset and deserves more recognition than i can give.

What a pleasure it was this morning. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a āgood morningā and a smile, even though he was already helping someone else. (he seemed to be working alone). He finished the transaction and began working on my sub. He accommodated my special request to cut and wrap my foot-long separately as I share my lunch with my son. came in expecting a decent sandwich, left with a deep appreciation for the two guys working saturday night (feb 8th)absolutely best people ever, super chill, and actually know what customer service is. unfortunately, that level of professionalism clearly isnāt shared by everyone here. one particular morning shift employee seems to think this place is a joke! probably too busy filming live videos and blowing clouds in the kitchen to actually do his job. if you hate working here that much, at least donāt take it out on paying customers. maybe take some notes from your coworkers who actually make this place worth visiting.

Usually I would rate it a 5 star but on 1/31/2025 this one long haired guy was nowhere close to professional he was wearing a filthy leather coat that rubbed on my food when he was reaching out he was chewing gum and had his ear buds in the whole time while he would just throw stuff on the sandwiches and lastly he rang us in and we paid by card but before we could insert the card he went into the back and didnāt come back out.
