My daughter was having a seizure so I asked for urgent water over Ice, sheesh, it took the woman about two minutes to actually work out how to get water into a cup!

I'm in Sturgis for a few weeks working the rally and this shop easily has the best Americano in the area. I've tried a few different places and this is the one I'm coming back to. The employees are incredibly nice, and quick to get my order out. If you really want a chefs kiss moment with your americano, put a small sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon in it. You're welcome.

To the nice redhead who's name I keep forgetting that manages to be the one ro serve me, thank you! I'll be back tomorrow for my daily coffee.

If you are coming to Sturgis, you have to stay here! This place is in the perfect location to anywhere you want to go while in and about Sturgis, SD. The hotel is beautiful, clean, very nice rooms and the staff and owners really take pride in you as a guest. Just do it! Stay and play!

Service is over the top. Very clean and the smells from the coffee shop in the lobby are addictive. If you are staying in the hills....stay here if you can get a room. You will not be disappointed.

Just stayed there for 3 nights during the Sturgis pre-rally. Perfect location. Wish I could afford to stay there during the rally! Friendly, efficient service. Great coffee. They did a beautiful job renovating the building.

Decent coffee, but not really a coffee shop. It’s in a hotel lobby. They did have a lot of syrups to choose from.

Amazing! You definitely will not regret staying here! Check in was easy and it’s close to everything downtown! Do it! Rooms are unique with the loft and the coffee at the coffee shop was so good! We only were able to stay one night and wish we had more!

Wonderfully rejuvenated older building. I love when something old is saved and repurposed. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, pillows and mattress were suburb! We also enjoyed the coffee shop, truffles and gluten free brownies. Highly recommend- 5 Stars!!

This shop is a must in Sturgis friendly employees and their coffee and rolls rock as far as I'm concerned stop in.

The Hotel Sturgis is the best place to stay in Sturgis. It’s clean, modern, above and beyond friendly/helpful staff and centrally located. The coffee shop has amazing food and coffee. The rooms are well kept and unique with lofts. We were in Sturgis for the Bike Ride Across South Dakota and the hotel coffee shop opened early to accommodate all riders (not just the one’s staying there).

The Sturgis Hotel is an outstanding and wonderful jewel! My wife and I stayed 5 nights. The owner/operator Rhonda is so nice. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Kinda hate to leave. Thank you Rhonda.
