Second time we got vanilla ice cream with the scantest amount of chocolate and they called it a shake. Very disappointed.

Super impressed tonight. Came just 8 minutes before close and got friendly and kind voice in the drive thru and seconds later a delicious dipped cone. The guys working weds 6.11.25 at 920pm deserve a shout out!

I’m definitely all for supporting locally owned small businesses and kind of feel bad even posting this, but I feel robbed. I just paid 10 dollars for two Dixie cups of watered down slushy with a micro dollop of ice cream. I could get triple what I just paid for at the get n go a block away. And probably will still go to get n go and get a real slush float. I couldn’t even finish my drink. If locally owned want support don’t rip people off. Didn’t even out a lid on it and had to ask for a straw . I mean customer service was good but re evaluate your quality and what you get for quantity. … yikes

I so badly wanted to love this. The SF locations are so good and the staff was nice. But our fries weren’t cooked very well, our burgers were small and soggy and our ice cream had barely any toppings 😥 for what we paid vs. what we got I was super disappointed.
Edit: I do want to add that customer service is amazing. We plan to try again.

Just stopped in for a jumbo chili dog and 2 ice cream blenders. Very disappointed ?. I threw the bread away! And the ice cream has pretty much no candy in it and zero flavor. We paid big bucks for vanilla ice cream pretty much.I had the peanut butter blaster and my husband the Cookie Monster. ?. $20.27 thrown down the drain pretty much
