Not really great, two times now, ordered pizza and they r crazy behind. Ten minutes after my pick up time they finally started to bother to make it. Not sure why they fell off the deepend here, I would bother trying to order takenout.I'll just keep waiting here, 20 minutes after my pick up time.

All of the food in the fully stocked warmers was past due. When addressing the staff they looked at me like i had a 3rd eye. Not sure why a major truck stop on I29 has not hot food.

Hello- I’m a former employee, actually and I have several complaints! Management is the worst I’ve ever had!! The manager… fired me because I was 10-15 minutes late. He hires employees that clearly have no experience whatsoever. They come to work “high” and disrespect the rest of us so bad. I felt kind of discriminated against the people I worked with only because I was threatened by an employee… so wild! I couldn’t ever work in another establishment like Casey’s again!! ??

Went over lunch hour and only had 5 slices of dried out pizza. What’s the point of having multiple pizza warmers if they are empty.

For weeks now half the diesel pumps have been operational. Checking out is super slow, not enough cashiers, and the ones working are slow as molasses - been like this for 12 months, no improvement. I will no longer grace this place with my business.

Nice new store! I'm glad to see a lot of Casey's new stores include some truck parking. Unfortunately, as is often the case these days, local truckers take advantage of the truck parking and leave their rigs unattended.These opportunistic (and inconsiderate) truckers leave little or no parking spaces for other legitimate customers. I've inquired at several Casey's to find out if maybe these truckers rent a permanent parking space. Every time the answer has been no and they do not rent these spaces out.I know I've posted similar comments before but it doesn't change the fact that this is a parasitic practice and unfair to others.When I bring my truck home I rent a parking space at a local business and not at a truck stop. No one, including the fuel stop, or other truckers, owes you a parking space.

3rd time fuel issues. Pumps don't work or out of fuel. Waited for 45 min for one fuel lane. Food inside is terrible. Caseys needs to get it together. This isn't the only one that has issues.

Because you wouldn't turn on the pump for fuel, you lost out on $560. Your loss was TA's gain. Train your cashiers.
Very nice Casey’s. Great clean store , friendly staff, clean bathroom and a decent parking lot!!!

Father's day, I'm heading out on a road trip. I run to Casey's to grab something to drink and go to check out. There are 7 people ahead of me and ONE staff at the cashier. There were 2 people at the pizza part of the store but didn't seem too busy. When it was my turn to check out I looked behind me and a long line if people were waiting. A customer came to the cashier and let her know that the fountain pop was coming out as water. The cashier said "sorry, I'm the only one working. I can't do anything about it." and continued to check people out. I felt bad for her and all the customers. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Also, gas pumps run super slow. Many times there are bags on the nozzles of half the pumps so lines of cars are waiting to get gas. Casey's- cross train staff so they can help each other out when needed! Super disappointing when a convenience store ends up being an inconvenience.

Brand new Casey’s. Dirty bathroom. Paper towels over flowing in bathroom. Some stalls didn’t have toilet paper. Walking into the store there were straws on the floor. Food looked well stocked. Never saw a worker.

Gotten Food here a couple times after i get off work its normally good food, this time nothing on the order was correct. Getting meat on a mac and cheese when you dont eat meat is just completely unappatizing , since it was ordered just plain mac n cheese, not to mention the meat you gave on all the mac n cheeses were burnt not worth the eats anyway. Even if it was just a few bites worth in the bowl… what a joke.. didnt even get the extra peperoni on my pizza, honestly doesnt even look like i got the normal amount. Anyway thanks for the $35 spent but not eaten!

Bathroom was very dirty and it was only 6:30 in the morning. This location looks like it is fairly new. I was shocked. (The whole bathroom)The rest of the place looked pretty nice.
