Service was so incredibly slow. Many left before even ordering. And others finally requesting refunds. Out of fries and onion rings… and then up charging for cheese curds which was our ONLY OPTION…

I went to the Dairy Queen in Tea South Dakota on Thursday during my lunch break from a class I was taking for work in Sioux Falls ( had to go to the bank in Tea is the reason I was there) but I ordered my son the $7 cheeseburger combo with an ice cream sundae and sat there for over 20 minutes in drive through! I went in while we were sitting there and asked what was taking so long! It was the cheese curds. I had like 20 minutes to get back to my class! I only had a chance to eat my curds but not my burger! My husband asked them about my son’s sundae and they said they charged us for the cheeseburger combo! They also didn’t give my husband or son a straw for their drinks and gave them the wrong size! I will NEVER eat at that one again in Tea! I made it back to my class with 7 minutes to spare!

Going here is a waste of time. Takes a very long time to get your order and lucky if it's correct even when they look at your ticket and inside the bag acting like they care and making sure what you ordered is in the bag. Would probably take a good 45 minutes to order and get your food and then have them correct it.

Same food as any other DQ. My favorite is chicken strips with gravy dip. People complain about slow service, but it's never been an issue for me.

The sign says “new management,” so we thought we would give it another try. We’ve been there twice in 10 days and each time I waited more than 15 minutes for our simple order. We won’t be back.

Mixed up one of our burgers, but fixed quickly. Main issue is the other food. Fries were extremely over-salted, and one of our blizzards was screwed up. Ordered a caramel truffle blizzard (may not be the exact name), and it was made using a chocolate base instead of vanilla... Good bit too sweet.
New management is terrible and no one knew what they were doing. Tried over charging us $5 and took 30 minutes. Chicken strips were smaller than my finger, and I’m literally 5 foot.

I live in tea and TRY to frequent this DQ. This location SUCKS. Even if your one of few vehicles in line or if you order small and easy items staff can never seem to do well with timely, properly delivered orders.
The management team is horrible the staff have an even worse attitude and when watching from the window it really looks like no one cares. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Hilarious follow up /double down. I was at this location writing a review based on current events and real time experience.
Right after I left I realized they forgot my Doctor pepper. Double down 20/20 do not recommend!!

Went to try go go through drive through with my family tonight. Sat at the menu for 5-10 minutes with no response from the employees inside. We drive around and went inside. The guy inside said the outside lane has been acting up and not working. I ordered 2 small and one medium blizzards. We received 3 small melted blizzards and the toppings were not mixed at all. I was very disappointed in what we got for nearly $20. Service and quality has definitely gone downhill lately it seems like.

Everytime we go to get any type of food. The food is always cold. Fries are completely soggy. Blizzards come out first while we have to wait 20 minutes for food and by the time we get home the blizzard is completely melted. This is thee worst dairy Queen in the state of South Dakota. I will never go back there. Management get a hold of your team because this is a constant thing with them. Being in management myself this is not necessary at all.
