Ever since the new manager Jonathen has taken over- this Dairy Queen is amazing!!!! Highly recommend giving it a 2nd chance! We started going again as we live local, and it’s amazing!

Super slow, I waited about 5+ minutes for them to speak to me over the intercom. I began to think that they weren't open. They proceeded to take 25+ minutes to make my food. I didn't actually get my food until I drove away from the drive through and went inside to get a refund. I went back to my vehicle began pulling away when they came running out with the bag. I told them that I didn't want it anymore as I got a refund and that I'd understand if it were a sit down restaurant but theyre called a fast food restaurant for a reason. The man proceeded to hide a laugh at me and went inside.
Food, was typical DQ food.

Too expensive for the quality you get. Honestly, it’s too expensive for a quality better than you get here even.

Ordered 2 medium blizzard if the months. One was okay. The second one however was handed to us with the outside if the cup being filthy, was covered in old dried on food and a paper napkin was stuck on it as well. Definitely wont be going back to dairy queen any time soon

I’m not sure why there are so many terrible reviews! This is the best Dairy Queen we have ever been to! The chicken strips are always cooked perfect food is always piping hot and I don’t think we have ever had a messed up order. KEEP UP THE GOID WORK DQ!!!

This is the worst dairy queen I've ever frequented. I've been waiting to see if it would get better before placing a review, but it's only getting worse. Today, we waited EIGHTEEN MINUTES in the drive-through, with only 2 cars in front of us, not moving. Just to FINALLY get to the window, AFTER the speaker, to be told they can't give us our mobile order through the drive-through, and we have to pull around and come inside. We've been doing drive-through for our mobile orders since we moved to tea over a year ago. There's a reason we choose to drive through over going inside. We could have gone in and out to grab our food in less time than we waited in the drive-through, but no. We had to wait 20 minutes just for them to tell us they refuse to hand us our food. What's the difference between handing it to me through the window and me walking in? None!! So, then, we had to go inside and wait EVEN LONGER to be helped behind other customers that JUST walked in. Make it make sense. You're not running a very good business. It took a grand total of 38 MINUTES to get our food. And they were out of the one thing I wanted. When we aren't waiting FOREVER for our food, they're messing up our orders. I bought a large blizzard with my meal, and they sent my husband home with a SMALL. And they did not put ANY BBQ sauce on the BBQ BURGER I ordered. Why would i want a plain burger with no sauce?? I dont even dare to order any onion rings because they're always trash. DO BETTER DQ.
EDITED TO ADD A PICTURE:
my large blizzard wasn't even all the way full. And they usually dont even mix it all up well, so the first few bites have ALL the toppings and the rest of the blizzard is vanilla ice cream. I even paid for extra brownie batter and there CLEARLY wasnt extra anything.

This is the worst Dairy Queen! Every time we visit there is some issue. Either you wait 20 plus minutes in the drive through or they forget something you ordered. Today we ordered 2 chicken strip baskets one with ranch one with gravy. No gravy no ranch in the bag. Check your bag before you leave the window or most likely you will be disappointed

Always incredibly slow
so incredibly slow… it shouldn’t take 18 minutes to make 4 chicken strips and some fries hardly any more customers at the place so it being busy wasn’t the issue. then when i get the food i find out i could’ve made better food in my air fryer at home and saved about 10 bucks. waste of my time and money

Every time we go here they never have chocolate ice cream. We always wait about 20-30 minutes whether drive thru or inside. At this rate it would be faster to go to Sioux Falls and drive back.

This place took 9 minutes to have ANYONE show up at the front counter. There were two people seated and NO ONE in the drive thru. Finally a older lady came in from outside and looked at us and then came to the register. A teen girl on a headset was standing by the drive through window gugglinf and based on her language she was obviously talking to someone other than a customer. Finally get to place the order two vale meals 16 minutes later they come to the table. Never again.
