One of the worst experiences at a pizza ranch … do not attempt to order a custom pizza or order a pizza for your table only.
The tables beside us showed up 10 minutes later than our family and received their pizza 20 minutes before ours. They didn’t have the pizza correct at all and forgot to make the second one.
We went there because it’s our son’s birthday and he didn’t even get the pizza he asked for. After about 40 minutes they asked what the 2nd pizza was and if they could then make it. No what would the point of that be.
Save yourself the disappointment and just don’t order a personal pizza.

This location is great! Smaller, but they keep up, and have many choices. My daughter loves mac & cheese pizza. They had one out for her before she sat down at our table. She was surprised and super happy! She was even interrupted while making a plate with her pizza She KNEW wouldn't be ready before she was finished eating. Definitely a family touch to this location.
