My experience is usually positive, but today the girl was passive with me but friendly with the customer behind me. All I did was order 2 caramel blenders for my daughters. I guess it was because I meant caramelicious blenders, which she figured because she asked me at the window when I got up there to pay. I must be an idiot for that. Or she doesn't like brown people. Either way her attitude towards me was terrible.

Coffee is very good and customer service is excellent. The coffee for over a year was just one dollar and recently the price went up to $1,$2 & $3 for small medium and large sizes so it is very reasonable. I have only tried the drive through places!!

My beverage order was incorrect. The card reader was presented to me for a gratuity before I received my beverage. I am not inclined to perform your duties and then provide a gratuity. The notion that COVID-19 necessitated this practice should be discontinued. It is more appropriate to take the customer's card and prioritize customer service. Customers, please refrain from providing gratuities before receiving your beverages and ensuring that the service was performed correctly.

This morning, at the scooters in tea, I tried to add protein powder to my drink and was told no. So I drove to the scooters on east 10th street in sioux falls. The ladies here add the protein powder to the milk before adding it to my hot coffee. Today I got a white mocha with protein powder at kids temp and a blueberry muffin! They got my business instead of the one in tea where I live! I tipped them extra this morning since they show the love!! Highly suggest the extra drive!! 5 stars for east 10th and 1 star for the tea location!

Really enjoy Scooter's Coffee! Hands down the best coffee spot in Sioux Falls/Tea. I use to go to Caribou Coffee but Scooters has won my heart. I highly recommend the Turtle Latte, hot drink. The taste is perfect for me. They also provide pup cups for your pets upon request, and my dog always gets excited when we go through the drive-thru. You are WAY better than Starbucks.I do my best to add a tip here when I can. Really enjoy the service, food, and ease to get in and out of this location. Thank you Scooters Coffee for having this location in Tea!

Be careful with their coffee, the cups are cheap and collapse on you spilling your coffee all over. I got severly burned from their cheap cups collapsing on me. Not going back the this place ever again. BEWARE
