I love the food here so much but they are always slow every time I go. The drive thru takes 10-20 minutes. I wish I could go here more often in the morning but they will always take so long that I'm rushing to my destination.

Zooks has taken a turn for the worst. After being a long time customer I will no longer be going here with the customer service you are now met with. My mother went there every day and even had a menu item named after her because she went there everyday. The last time she went she ordered a coffee and she was met with a lady who was not friendly. My mom paid the lady with a $10 bill and was handed her coffee. When given her change she was only handed the change part and not the bills she was owed. She was going to tip but wanted to choose the tip herself. The lady slammed the pickup door and my mom left. She called the manager and was met with even more unfriendliness and was told she's not allowed to get coffee there anymore and all the employees there hate her. She has a menu item named after her. She has neve had any issues before. They will now refuse service if they even see her in a vehicle with other people trying to order from there. Do not recommend this place to anyone anymore. If you are met with an employee who's having a bad day you could potentially get banned after being a loyal customer that has a menu item named after you.

The food was absolutely spectacular, however, a girl named Braylin helped me and was extremely immature. She did not take me seriously and was complaining about management while I was trying to order. I even heard her make inappropriate jokes concerning me under her breath. Another thing, she took 15 minutes on my buzz drink when it should’ve taken 2.

In town for the weekend wanted a good coffee not an over hyped Scooters or Starbucks drink. I got a black cold brew and my daughter got a blended Carmel Latte.. both excellent thank you

Great home town coffee shop in Tea that serves locally roasted Parable Coffee. The atmosphere is clean and locally themed. The drinks are always good. The Rocker is a comforting drink.
The food options are hit and miss. They seem to be out of menu items often. The gluten free muffin I would recommend passing on at this time, it is very hard and dry, not worth it.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly muffin (not good if you have a harsh allergy) are not great.

Genuinely my favorite coffee around! And the buzz drinks are so good! The only issue is the lack of consistency in your hours. I am a night nurse and your hours as of now close too early for me to stop in before I go to work. I don’t get why every other coffee shop can have consistent hours till 6 or even 7 pm, but not this one. As a customer I shouldn’t have to constantly be guessing if your shop will be open.

This place is AMAZING! The Cinnamon Toast beverage is literally to die for! Food is tasty and so much better quality then any chain coffee shop. The barista, today especially, was an absolute sweetheart! I may or may not have driven 50 minutes round trip the last 3 days in a row since discovering this gem.
