“The crew on duty did a great job tonight! Family road trip and our packed dinner got ruined. We went in with a large 13 person order and the woman that took our order was patient with us and got order in perfectly. The crew in back worked fast to fill the order and everything came out hot, fresh, and CORRECT!!“

“First off, the quality of this dairy Queen has definitely been improving.
The food and service is much better than I remember in previous years.

My last two experiences have been solid. The first one was through doordash, and my food came hot and fresh, looking straight out of an advertisement. I was shocked in the best way.

The second there was a slight mistake on my order and I received the wrong item. I went back with my receipt and the boxes to request the original item. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very quick with the service. It was a busy day with a lot of families in the lobby and they took the time to get my order fixed within minutes. All the kids at the counter were doing great and the staff seemed to communicate well.

I'll definitely be coming back as long as y'all keep it up.“

“This place has been my sustenance for years (jokingly, of course). But they have never gotten my order wrong, the sodas are always crisp and flavorful, and the burgers are consistently good.
Inside the restaurant can be a bit cold sometimes, but it is almost always clean. Staff are generally kind and helpful.“
