Ordered for 5 people, was first in drive through when it opened, was given drinks and ask if I would pull up front and they would bring it out -at 20 minutes later went in to see why we hadn’t gotten our order while others that came after us in drive through got their orders. I ordered a kids' meal with just cheese on the burger. We had been on the road all day and picked the drive-through. Once on the road everything was on the sandwich and he was not going to eat an everythong burger. I realized my toast in my chicken basket was plain, not grilled or buttered. It was not good at all. The chicken was hot and fresh, but I really needed the order to be right for my son. I can overlook things, but kids are picky. Needs better follow through...
