Ordered online order and was having trouble figuring out when they would come/thought it was taking quite a while. DJ picked up and was so cander and friendly. Told me exactly the time left on the pizza and assured me on the status. Great employee, had such a nice tone on the phone. You can tell he really cares about what he does. <3 to DJ keep being awesome! I hope you see this!

So, calm on a busy friday night. An employee messed up my order, causing double card transaction. And final order to be cancelled because it was invalid for some reason.
He took time to patiently listen and sort out my issues and addressed it despite the super hectic situation there !!

Pros: Titan & Tyler were very patient and explained the whole ordering process for me to make sure I got the best value for my money. In 15 mins, my pizza was served.Cons: If you're on a bike and you've ordered a medium or large pizza, the plastic bags are too small to hang from your handlebars. Larger plastic bags would solve this problem.
