It's ok by midwestern standards, but as a New York "expat" I knbow a good bagel. You can only get a good bagel in New York or New Jersey. This is passable- but it ain't New Yawk! ;-)
I gave it 4 stars . . . for Vermillion. They have the best bagels in town and the location is convenient if you are a student or work at the University (if not, parking may be a bit tricky). They're not full sized so they don't have the range of options you'd get at other Einstein locations. That means that they don't necessarily honor coupons and deals that you could use at other locations. I love this place because of how tasty they are but if they are even slightly busy be prepared to wait 15+ minutes for your order.Tapingo isn’t much better, if the app says your food is ready chances are you still have to wait 10 minutes.Great food. But horrible wait times. Hopefully they change their service times soon.
