“I absolutely LOVE Backroads Coffee! The amaretto latte is the best latte I’ve ever had, & I’ve had A LOT of lattes from all over the U.S. I enjoy coming here to work when I need a change of scenery from my office. The energy is upbeat, the lighting is incredible, & there’s so many little nooks to hang out in & get some work done. 🌟5,000 STARS🌟My favorite coffee shop in Watertown!“

“For the awesome employee who asked us if it was ok if she could mop while we were still there. It was awesome to employees dedicated to keeping a clean space. She was so kind and considerate and there have been a few times where I’ve been inside right up to closing time and have never got side comments or glare from staff. They are all kind and helpful. Awesome environment.“

“Great coffee and amazing service. I stop in most Monday's. The same manager is always ready to help and suggests different variations to any drinks I have questions on. I love that they have Moose it Monday for a FREE extra shot.
The manager is always professional and friendly even when she's swamped with drink orders and she's working by herself. Highly recommend 👌“

“This is a cute drive-thru coffee shop with a flavorful variety of drinks. Be prepared if you drive a short car, you will have to reach high to access the drink/tip window. I had their seasonal Iced Banana Cream Latte, and it is not too sweet! Delicious ❤️“
