Food was cross contaminated could not finish my actual meal due to it tasting it like fish when I had ordered a crispy chicken wrap, drinks where definitely not up to par, they use a wine base (which was said), however it tasted NOTHING like what it should have, customer service was not good, not attentive and would rather talk to other staff members rather then their customers, atmosphere felt unwelcoming, when we first sat it took a period of time just to get our drink order, another period of time to actually get our drinks. Chips & salsa where fast however very, very bland, but that was the BEST part of our entire experience here, very, very disappointing

We returned home feeling ill and became ill later on in the evening, cleanliness must be at an all time low here

Outstanding service - great food. This restaurant is understated locally. They have some of the best burgers in town. Don't let the lack of photos fool you. 🙏

When I first walked into Labbies I didn’t know what to think. Can a place with perfect lighting, eye catching decor, and friendly looking staff also have the best food in town? After trying Labbies just a few months ago, I can confidently say that it changed my life. Let’s just say that the me after I tried their signature Labbies Sauce is a much better person than before. Not only did the sauce taste delicious (IT SURE DID!) it genuinely changed me for the better. The staff, oh where do I even start, every person that works there must be an angel sent straight from the heavens above. Not only did they serve me with a smile, they made me smile after service. If I could give this place a billion stars I could. Thank you Labbies, thank you for your Labbies sauce, thank you for sharing your culinary expertise with all of Watertown, and most of all. Thank you for changing my life for the better.
