The best pizza in the city, I love it my favorites all meat and chicken bacon. They have great options on their menu. The service is very good, the staff is super attentive and the facilities are 10.

We called in a delivery order at 5:50pm through marcos pizza. Were told our pizza will be delivered in 30-45 minutes. At 6:30 we got a text notification from door dash stating our pizza will be delivered at 7:10. Called marcos asking why our pizza was not already delivered and why it was being delivered by door dash. Was told they went through door dash since they did not have enough drivers. We then asked to cancel our order since it was not going to arrive in a timely manner. They said we cannot cancel our order or be given a refund due to ordering through doordash (WHICH WE DID NOT). They said they had no control over when our pizza was getting delivered since they are not delivering it. Which we were not told when we initially called. Manager was less than helpful to remedy the situation and said we had to go through door dash. We finally got delivered room temperature pizza at 7:02pm. Will absolutely never order pizza from marcos again.

This was the last place in Watertown that could provide good food without a customer service nightmare! And now they have joined the rest of the Watertown Disappointment Dining Cartel.
*Advice
1. Know what your Specials are.
2. Make the online ordering experience work. Coupons etc.
3. Don't treat customers like they don't matter.
Will be cooking at home from now on.

I am currently DoorDashing and I’ve been waiting on an order for nearly 20 minutes. When I first got here, I told them I was here for a DoorDash and they didn’t even wait for me to say who it was for before they interrupted and said “10 minute wait”. With DoorDash, time is money, and they were in no rush whatsoever to complete my order, which will effect my ratings as a dasher

Ordered a medium pepperoni and onion, cheese was well covered on the pizza, pepperoni was a little sparse, and onions were plentiful. And the price was absolutely perfect:-) the "Pizza Planet" up on the northern part of US 20 was way more expensive than what I paid for this pizza, and I ordered the same thing there...

Walked in about 7 pm. No other customers dining at the time. There wasn’t a clean table in the place. We Finally pushed dirty stuff to one end of table and sat down. It was 10 minutes before someone asked if we had been waited on. I said no but it was still another 5 minutes before someone came and took our order. Never came back after they brought us our food. Had to go to front to get bill. The food was good but service and cleanliness was awful.

Marcos Pizza always delivers the best pizza in town with great deals! The delivery is always friendly and prompt. Marcos is my go-to for pizza delivery. It can be expensive without coupons, but signing up for emails ensures you'll always have great deals.
I wish I could give this place no stars because I would! They messed up my order so I brought it in to them to show them what they messed up. The managers wanted to argue with me and told me I was delusional because he was a "professional cook" and I clearly didn't know the difference between a bell pepper and spinich. Three of the four things I ordered was messed up. I spent $70 dollars with these guys while my visit here in this town. The refused to remake the food because I got upset for him called me crazy. They also refused to give me a refund. So I lost $70 dollars here and the manager that were working were very rude. Also just a fun fact for anyone who made it this far in my post they don't wear gloves while working and I saw an older man grab food from under the grates on the pizza making bar and throw it back into the ingredients. He also rubbed his hands on his cloths before putting the food back. They were also all wearing pajamas and crocs. Not very professional and disgusting. The back also didn't look like it had been cleaned all day.
