Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is a place where the host, server, and even servers not working a table are SO KIND. Everyone makes guests feel welcomed and like they WANTED them to be there. The food is delicious, and Perkins is one of the better places in town to sit down and have a bite to eat. The Senior Menu has healthy choices and bottomless coffee. The food and pie are delicious. It is great for families with littles, as they have booster seats and high chairs. However, one experience was the worst to date, with fries coming 10 minutes late, no real apology, and no offer of refills. A veteran received a free meal and was treated with kindness. The waitress is fantastic, and the shift manager checks in as well.
