One of the rudest order taker I've ever encountered...food order was thrown together like they don't care... bathroom was very dirty unlike most McDonald's.

I have absolutely loved McDonald’s for decades. Especially their fries and strawberry shakes. Recently while at their store here in Watertown SD the fries were cold and undercooked. Chicken strips were way overcooked and tough and our strawberry shakes were strawberry smoothies. No apology when I went to ask why we ended up with smoothies and yes I was polite. We will never return. Very sad
I stopped at 5:30am and got 2 sausage and egg Mc muffins at the drive through. I had to be one of the first few people they served today. When i opened my bag of food and started eating, there was no egg on one sandwichs, just sausage and cheese The other sandwich just had cheese. No egg and no sausage. If your employees cant make a simple sandwich they should be fired. This franchise needs some quality control. How darn hard is it to make a breakfast sandwich right??? The service here has gone to crap!!!!!!!

AMAZING FOOD!!! 😂😂😂 I come here with the kids all the time. 💕 they love it, asking for that nice Mr chicken or what happens to be on the menu. 🤣🤣 very affordable! I do recommend coming here, easy fill. 😁✌️
