Forgot sauces when specially asked for EXTRA sauce, got home and had none!! Also drink was not filled all the way up when handed at drive though and got no ice!!! Food was good otherwise.

Never fails you get up to the window to get your food and they make you pull around and wait for 10 minutes to bring it out, and most of the time the food is COLD or you get the wrong meal completely. This isn't just a once in a while thing that you have to pull around to wait. ITs 90% of the time. Not worth it just for a simple order of hamburger and fries!

The food is normal for all McDonald's, online you can find several good promotions, the store is almost always empty. The orders are a little slow, there are few staff for the number of orders, that would explain why the staff is usually not friendly.

I am a two year veteran of watertown, just moved due to my life (non of your beezwax) but i had been hoping for over nights for the past two years of my life… But once i move you choose to open 24hours? thats wild, and unacceptable, rude, selfish, cruel, and unthoughtful. Watch your backs Mcdonald?
