Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I was having trouble with my online order and discount. So I called my order in, Dave was apparently having a bad day. Said the local store doesn’t honor online orders and that it was a me issue. I asked to place an order for three pizzas 1 large pepperoni, 1 family Tuscan chicken and 1 family Papa pizza. We received the pepperoni correct but the other pizzas were large as well. Sure hope Dave’s day gets better. He was short with me and lacked customer service.

My pizza was ready when I arrived. I was greeted by the friendly staff when I walked in and able to quickly retrieve it from the online order rack near the door.

Super easy pick up when ordered online!!! Pizza was excellent, just wish they would have put more cheese on it, the other topping amounts were satisfactory.

I have used this store several times. They are always friendly with great service. Used the app for the first time w a pick up order. Still very satisfied. Customer service staff were very nice and friendly, food was ready and waiting. Taste is always amazing.

I have yet to have a very good experience while getting pizza here. The environment seemed toxic and didn’t seem like anyone wanted to be there. I’d like to feel welcomed when i step into a place where im going to get food…I’d say step it up 10 fold please
