We ordered take out from this Pizza Hut tonight. I waited alone in the disgustingly dirty restaurant for over 5 minutes, calling out for an employee. An employee then Stumbled out of the bathroom looking very, very high. A female who must have been watching me wait from her delivery vehicle then came in and cashed me out. Place an order with them over the phone. Wait a half our then drive across town to pick it up. I get here and they say they never put the pizza in because they never got my order. I show them on my phone that I indeed did call and place an order. They say I can wait and they can put a pizza in. I kindly ask if they can put that pizza in and deliver it to my house just minus the delivery fee. They tel me sorry I can't do that.
