Absolutely terrible, slow delivery service. They send out one driver with 4 orders so you get your food extra cold. The manager is extremely rude and deserves to be fired for the way she speaks to customers. They cannot handle problems calmly and assume the customer is WRONG. Terrible manager at what could be a decent pizza place, actually used to be my favorite. Not anymore. Waste of time ordering for delivery.

I’ve started using their app for easy pick up or delivery. Recently, placed a carry out order and the gal running the counter helped me carry everything to my truck. They had run out of bags and she without question just picked up my food and helped me out. They’re good is delicious and have pretty good deals to help a family of 5 without breaking the bank.

I’ve eaten at quite a few pizza huts and this one always disappoints. The pizza never has ANY sauce on it that I need to add extra sauce to have regular sauce. Because of the lack of sauce the meat and veggies are harder and crispy, causing the entire pizza to lack any good flavor. My orders have been messed up more times than I can count. I know Pizza Hut is delicious, like I said I’ve ordered elsewhere and never had this kind of issue besides at the Watertown location.
