A Starbucks who has decided to change their hours. Opening at 9am.. might as well open at 3pm. Someone needs to be fired.

Ok this place used to be above a 5 but since a district manager Cory came in all has gone in a short matter of time. Forcible replacing the store manager who had everything running smooth was the final bullet in this store. Unless rapid change happens to reverse this move, this store is doomed. Taking my 400-500 bucks a month to another shop

So frustrating! Employees seem to be in such a hurry and don't listen or if they do they don't follow the order request so the drink comes out incorrectly. Just ordered an iced Americano with light water extra ice and there's absolutely no ice in it. Who wants a warm iced Americano? It would be one thing if it happened infrequently, but it seems to happen Almost every time I make a stop.

I asked for something and some girl said they were closing in five minutes and I told her ok I’ll be out in a minute and she snapped back at me and said NO SIR YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW OR I AM CALLING THE POLICE and I was honestly shocked but I just brushed it off and they took 25 mins to get my food then the next day I came and waited 45 minutes in line

Employee’s deciding to chat and laugh instead of making order correctly. I am unsure why I still come to our local starbucks. No water means no water. We expect the drink to taste the same each time, we pay extra to add shot of flavour or coffee it should taste like it was added. Learn how to do a full pump of Chia.

I rated a 3 because the store is never open when I get done with work at 5 pm. It's closed early and almost every day because they can't keep workers there. Im disappointed to never get to use my stars or collect new ones because of the hrs.
Only giving one star because zero wasn't an option. Waited in line 20 minutes and as soon as we got up to order, someone came out and said they were closing. What a waste of time. Not to mention the 10 cars behind us as well. Should've came out sooner and put up a cone with a note stating they were closing so we ALL didn't waste our time. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be coming back.

We visited here on a long road trip for a bite of lunch. It was standard Starbucks stuff and the service was ok. Nothing especially good or bad here.

We did the drive-thru so can't comment on atmosphere. Was surprised to see a $2 gratuity added to the bill. That seems sort of stiff for a couple of good coffees.
