You never know when this store will be open or not. one day its closed, the next reduced hours, next normal hours, then closed again. Get it together.
Until I can count on you guys being open consistently and know I will be able to walk in the lobby and grab my online order I will not be back. I am sick of your made up excuses for poor service. Is the drive through really under maintenance every other day? You have to reset your system at 5:30 AM? Do you guys just roll the dice on what you want to do for the day? Lobby or no lobby?
