Food quality was terrible. I typically enjoy BWW, but this time my wings were over cooked/ hard. Probably because they are terribly small now. Won't be back.

My wife and I were in the Hampton across the street, so in we came. I appreciate the brand, and knew it would be loud with so many tvs. Thats ok. We both had wings, with one side of cole slaw. The food was fine, our server lovely. But the men’s bathroom was a mess. I am sure it was temporary, but that kind of thing really takes the shine off the experience. I am sure they can do better.
I had a great experience and will definitely go back. The waitress was well informed and have exceptional skills. Definitely an asset to the restaurant. ( I think her name is Shaine) The food was tasty, the vibe was great and the decor well thought through.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Watertown offers outstanding service, especially for larger parties, with quick seating and timely food delivery. The all-you-can-eat wings are a hit, alongside the delicious Blazin' wings. The menu has seen some updates, but the food quality remains average. Despite this, the friendly and attentive staff, along with the cleanliness of the restaurant, make it a pleasant dining experience overall.
The restaurant is conveniently located near Hampton Inn. The beer selection is great, and the Mango Habanero sauce on traditional wings is a highlight. The burgers and chicken sandwiches, especially the Smash, Bacon & Green Chili Burger, are also praised by customers. The staff, both front and back of house, are commended for their dedication, even staying late to accommodate a group of customers. The manager is noted for their excellent service and willingness to accommodate larger parties.
