Food was cold not filled right not even close and on top of it the meat like the steak and chicken was so dry and burned it wasn't even edible would not recommend this place for a dinner not even to my worst enemy.

Ordered food and my large nacho fry came half empty. I went to call and ask what happened and why I got shorted half a box. Guy answered says one moment, tells someone else in the background to “take the call I am too busy” nobody picks up the phone and waited 20 minutes on the phone before hanging up to call back and now I can’t get them on the phone again!! Watertown Taco Bell service thumbs down 👎

The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 on the service is because I witnessed an employee named Michael doing what he needs to be doing. And he was literally getting yelled by what I'm guessing is the manager. Michael was outstanding and that lady was unprofessional!!! I don't understand what he did so wrong, just because yall are short staffed don't take it out on your employees.

The AI at the drive thru makes things so much more difficult than they need to be, and some of the workers are always in a bad mood- which I totally understand- but why take it out on the customers?

Do not order through the app to have it delivered because the dasher will steal your order and no one can do anything about it for you now I'm out $20 puls and all I can get is we'll put in a request for you to get a refund

Did a mobile order on our drive home to MN. said it’d be ready by 1:38, got there, not ready, no big deal. Stand waiting for a few minutes before I ask if it’s being made, one employee tells me he doesn’t make food, sorry, and the other said we have multiple screens back here and are busy. Drive thru was literally empty and the 4-5 tables inside already had their food. Ended up being another 10 before we got the food. It was all made correctly.. he did give me one less cup than we paid for but I didn’t even bother asking for another, I just wanted to get out of there at that point. Probably would’ve been faster if I had just gone through the drive thru. Won’t be stopping at this location again.

Tacos were just lettuce and cheese 5 layer burrito tasted sour got me sick forgot to give us Taco sauce and the guy at the drive through didn't great us and when he gave us the order he just said here we will never go there again what a waste of money and time and again I got sick from the burrito yukk
