Staff generally seems very pissed and are unprofessional, kinda makes it not so fun to come here because they are always grumpyđ€·đŸââïž

Absolutely the rudest people in town.
Did a mobile order on our drive home to MN. said itâd be ready by 1:38, got there, not ready, no big deal. Stand waiting for a few minutes before I ask if itâs being made, one employee tells me he doesnât make food, sorry, and the other said we have multiple screens back here and are busy. Drive thru was literally empty and the 4-5 tables inside already had their food. Ended up being another 10 before we got the food. It was all made correctly.. he did give me one less cup than we paid for but I didnât even bother asking for another, I just wanted to get out of there at that point. Probably wouldâve been faster if I had just gone through the drive thru. Wonât be stopping at this location again.

Tacos were just lettuce and cheese 5 layer burrito tasted sour got me sick forgot to give us Taco sauce and the guy at the drive through didn't great us and when he gave us the order he just said here we will never go there again what a waste of money and time and again I got sick from the burrito yukk

I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal and was missing the Crunchwrap when I got home. My soft shell taco was a hard shell. The two soft shell tacos w/ no lettuce still came with lettuce. They didnât get a single part of my order right. Donât make the same mistake I did and double check your order if you get it through the drive-through.

Ordered online. Sealed bag. When I got home. Cold food and missing sides. I live .5miles from this location. So I calledand was told to bring ticket in. brought the tacos they forgot meat I added to it. I proceeded to wait 15 min for chips and cheese, nacho cheese fries and 2 soft potato taco adding beef. I will never eat here again. So now I'm home enjoying my cold food. Also slow no people in drive and people walked in after me. Atleast their food will be hot..maybe

Corporate Taco Bell, are you listening? This location is terrible. If I could give this place a zero, I would. The drive-thru has an AI assistant taking orders. After getting my order wrong three times and a growing line behind me, I just said the order was correct. One reviewer mentioned âthe blonde kidâ in their review. I can confirm his terrible attitude because I experienced it tonight, too. When he opened the window, I told him my order was wrong and he said with the rudest tone âwell, we canât remake it because thereâs a line (of two cars) behind you.â Why on earth would I pay for food thatâs not made correctly. I told him to scrap the entire order. Iâve never experienced anything like it. Go down to McDonaldâs instead - their employees are extremely polite.

Why do the employees have such poor attitudes. Every time I come here they act like I'm a nuisance and in general have such poor attitudes. I get it work sucks but suck it up and at least try. Then again what do you expect from Taco Bell employees.

Incompetent⊠the manager and employees are very unprofessional. Was unhappy with our crispy chicken burrito because the chicken strips were completely burnt and inedible âall of the chicken strips are cooked all at the same time, every restaurant exaggerates on pictures of course itâs not going to look like the pictureâ is what the manager has to say⊠if you canât sell edible food⊠donât work in any sort of restaurant⊠rather a real or fast foodâŠ

Whoever that blonde dude is is actually frustrating. Last time I asked for a fork he said âtheyâre outâ even though when I went back inside and checked they had a whole container of forks. And then when we came back a few night later he forgot the fork again and then when we waited at the window I kid you not this guy kept his back to the window the entire time sipping his drink and thereâs no way he didnât know we were still there because he wouldve had to give the person behind us their food. Food is fire the workers are actually not good.

I went back there today and asked for no ice in my drink and this girl grabbed it took off the lid and shoved it in my drink to scoop out the ice and then proceeded to hand it back with ice still in it. We asked her to just re do it and she rolled her eyes grabbed it and shoved it back at us. Then shoved the bag at us then rolled her eyes again and slammed the window. The service here absolutely sucks.

Your AI is crap. I have a speech impediment and it can not understand me. At all. Your employees are nice and the food was fine. But screw the AI order machine. If this is how im going to be forced to order now. Then i think ill go to taco johns instead.
