A teenage boy told us that he was hung, and food took 27 minutes

Just went there today after work at around 4:40pm and placed an order in the drive through. I ordered a steak burrito and they didn’t put any steak in it. It was all beans and I feel like the employees there did this to be funny. I threw it in the trash. Do not waste your money at this location.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Rude customer service, talking down to us. Will NEVER GO BACK! We came through the drive-through on January 20th , 2025 at 7:35 pm. We were trying to get the AI turned off by saying “No AI” and soon after a guy came on over the intercom and told us that we were horrible people for wanting to talk to a live person and that we were rude to their AI. The guy asked us where we were raised. After that a woman came on the intercom and said that we were the ones in the wrong. We told her that they owed us an apology for the way they were talking down to us. We asked them for the managers name, the woman said she was the manager so we asked for her name and she refused to give it and shut the window on us. We will never go back again. I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service in my life.

Ordered food that was very modified while I understand this is annoying I am a very picky eater and if I have the option to modify my food then I am going to bc I am paying for it. The lady expoing was very rude saying why would u do that and laughing and literally talking shiy to her coworkers while making the food. Then waited for my cups for a good 8 min while she just stared at me and gave me dirty looks not very satisfied with this. But hey atleast my food was made right.

My family and I came there we ordered our food and when I got our order. I noticed I was missing the main thing on my chalupa which was the taco meat. I go up to counter. I ask very nicely if they can add taco meat to my chalupa. Thus blond heavy set women with green eyes says we'll that's what you ordered I told her no I didn't I substituted the chicken for taco meat. She then proceeds to try and charge me for another chalupa. And I told her can't you just put taco meat on here. It won't be any extra charge? She says that's not how it's in our computer and raises her voice at me! By then I was done trying to be nice and told her to refund me my money. So she does she gives me back $5.35 so I turn around and go to kiosk and order the same damn thing and what do you know it was $4.99 plus tax! And it came out $5.35 with tax! The lady had a hard time and couldnt except the fact she was wrong. So I had to out smart her dumb ass! And got a whole new one made and all I was asking was for her to put taco meat on a beef chalupa I had ordered 😑 I will never come back here again the rudest taco bell I have ever been to! This place need to work on customer service skills really bad. I have never been anywhere where employees yell at customers. No thank you
at 11:23pm on January 15th, we walked into the lobby of the watertown location taco bell, unaware that their lobby closes at 11 because it doesn’t advertise that online, and were rudely ‘greeted’ by an unwelcoming employee who told us in a very disrespectful manner “Guys, our lobby closes at 11, you gotta go through drive through.” This is completely understandable, however, the way this employee handled the situation is not. as someone who has worked and led a fast food restaurant, i was very taken aback. So, we suggested they lock their doors and proceeded to go through the drive thru. This employee then interrupted the robot lady taking our order and said “you don’t have to be a sarcastic ass” and i responded with “You shouldn’t be working in customer service” and then told us they wouldn’t be serving us tonight. Over walking into their lobby after 11. Very unhappy customers.

Tried using the drive through in a rush. Only ordered a CrunchWrap and a drink. Took an OUTRAGEOUS 18 minutes to get my food and made me insanely late.

I ordered thru DoorDash for delivery. I did NOT receive 2 items $12 in price. I called the store and Phil was horribly rude and told me to come to store and get it. Will never order/eat from Taco Bell again!!
