It's exactly what I expect in a true South Dakota diner. The fish sandwiches are hit or miss (no shock there, it's SD) but the chicken fried steak is amazing. Get it breakfast style with white gravy.
Best French dip..Roast beef was tender and full of flavor. Cod sandwich was light and flaky with the right amount of breading. The jalapeño poppers were loaded with cream cheese filling. Service was superior with Shylene. Kudos to the cooks for the delicious food! Highly recommend.

This is a well kept secret by locals. The Hideaway serves wonderful food at a very reasonable price. The service is excellent. If you are in the area, I recommend you try this little restaurant and bar.
