Had a great lunch

Place looked sketchy from the outside, but we went in anyways. Staff was super friendly (even when we accidentally spilled a drink), food was DELICIOUS, prices were affordable. Definitely recommended this place to anyone!

It may look scetch from the outside but this place is very good!

Amazing wings... and half-priced on Thursdays!!!

Maybe more for ownership. But we came in over lunch during a soccer tournament. It was pretty obvious that there wasn't really enough staff to handle the demand. That's ok, it's about how you handle it. We fortunately got food quick and got seated relatively quickly. But there was a sign saying wait to be seated and saw several families and older folks come in that had to wait for a pretty significant amount of time. One family left, a second almost did, and the elderly folks finally got seated. I was watching and while people were waiting up there no staff even acknowledged them...two of whom walked by them several times. That is very poor customer service. Like... VERY POOR. Luckily someone came out of the kitchen (not sure if owner or not) but he acknowledged the elderly folks and seated them. Great job! Whoever owns this place though needs to tell employees they need to acknowledge and seat or work better at multi tasking to keep folks happy or staff appropriately for events in town. Cool place, think I would recommend if not for the poor customer service of a couple employees.

The wings are very good and you can't beat the price. Drinks are cold, and the service if on point. Good family atmosphere, and there are a lot of TVs for multiple games to be played at the same time.

After 45 min of waiting for food , finally decided to ask what the hold up was. Was told 5 more minutes but we couldn’t wait any longer. Told the waitress we had to leave (in town for a soccer tournament). The owner was rude when I told him we had to get going. I mentioned the long wait but said there was so many people to make food for. The place was less than half full. He was on his laptop majority of the time. I told him we were getting fast food instead and he suggested “you should have gotten fast food from the get go and now I’m losing out on a bunch of money”. I said good.

I get being an owner is tough n shit don’t always go right but at least act like you’re half way sorry for the wait vs blaming it on a full house. Bathrooms were nasty af and placed smelled like mold anyway lol.

Only good thing going is they got lots of TV for football.

Me and few other couples were standing up at the bar waiting for someone to come over for 45 minutes. The waitress kept looking at us and walking by. We finally flagged her down and asked if we could finally place our order for some to go orders. She looked right at me and said they aren't doing to-go orders at the moment because they were busy. It was such a waste of everyone's time. There were people that just came in and got served, and our group was sitting there 45 minutes. I really wanted some wings from my pregnancy cravings, but that turned me off from this place, and I had to go elsewhere. I don't know if I will come back, due to the bad service. The waitress wasn't nice about it either. We were patient and waited, but just to be turned away. Bummer.

Had a great experience! Quick and fast! We went in on a Sunday night so we knew it would be fast service! Enjoyed the wings so much!
