sandwiches are average, sometimes dry and hard bread, went there for the acknowlegement and prompt service, that was lacking big tome tonight, we just left after ordering, sandwiches prolly weren't made anyway. long 12minutes. you'll be closed soon if this keeps up.
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to the Jimmy Johns team that was working tonight (7/10/20), I forget to change the address on the delivery and our food ended up at another address, I called the store when I finally realized what I had done, the gal on the phone was so nice and polite, she assured me they would check into it. Ordered a sandwich with mayo, guacamole, oil and vinegar. Ordered no lettuce. To be delivered. Took over an hour. Sandwich came dry with lettuce, salami and a little cheese. They messed my wife’s sandwich also. Worst service. Only thing they got right was the receipt which had exactly what we ordered.. and the extra charge for the guacamole
