Ian B was amazing! We had a large group and we came at a busy time—he had a large section and he handled it all—host and server! We never had an empty cup or glass and he met all our needs. He was also very kind and funny! He is an asset to Perkins!
I was extremely disappointed with management. It was a Saturday morning and there were 13 tables in various stages of meals. ONE SERVER FOR 13 TABLES! Our server was excellent. Running around crazy. Because of this we did have to wait longer than expected. Food was very good, came to the table hot and steamy and tasty. Schedule more servers
We stopped at Perkins in Yankton and had a mixed experience. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great overall, but our order came out wrong and wasn’t corrected. The waitress was clearly stressed and doing her best, but they seemed very short-staffed, which made service slow. Prices were on the higher side. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. With a little more staff, it could’ve been a much smoother visit.
