“I really wanted steak frites last night and after looking at the websites of numerous restaurants and chains I was surprised to see that Pop Wine bar served it. I love everything “Christie Peters” so we headed out. Best steak frites I have had in a very long time (and we just got back from Montreal). I asked for the salsa verde on the side because I usually don't like anything extra on my steak but I ended up dunking my steak into this fresh delicious sauce. The truffle fries were amazing ... super crispy with a touch of truffle flavouring ( I think most places use way too much truffle) and everything dusted with the teeniest white edible flowers I can't wait to go back and do it all again. Oh and.... The flax bread served with a slab of salty butter and honey is also an absolute necessity“

“Great little place. Bright and airy. Wonderful menu with excellent cocktails. The homemade lemonade was delicious. The salads were filling and quite large. The men’s bathroom was not clean and the shrimp appetizer would have been better if the tails were removed, otherwise would have been 5 stars“

“We ordered a pizza a few weeks back for my daughter as my husband and I wanted wings and salad. Of course I had to have a taste. It was sooooo good! So of course we had to order a couple more pizzas 2 nights ago for a family gathering. The crust is so yummy and all the toppings are so good. I’ll never order pizza from a pizza joint again as I’m ruined for all other pizza. This is now my go to. Everything I’ve ever eaten there was very good so I shouldn’t be surprised but yum yum yum!“

“Great food (salmon, sushi, Santa Fe salad, Caesar salad). Absolute favourite was the Chocolate Banana Cream Pie dessert and we are SOOOO disappointed that it is seasonal! Please reconsider removing it from your menu. Service was also awesome. Our server was super friendly and attentive.“
