Food, excellent. Service, excellent. We tried a more expensive bottle of wine and the server knew a lot about it, it's origin in Italy and what made it special. That was great.
Visited for Valentines Day and absolutely loved the food. We went with the classic spinach and ricotta ravioli and risotto and were blown away by the flavour. Our server was Italian and was friendly and had a good knowledge of what was good in terms of the wine choice and food. Would definitely visit again for special occasions.

I recently dined at Taverna and ordered the agnello platter. The lamb was cooked perfectly and the portion size was generous. The service was excellent, with knowledgeable staff. However, there were a lot of scratches on the plates. Overall, a great dining experience at Taverna. I recommend it for delicious Mediterranean food. Four stars!
