Top notch place! A beautiful, well - curated menu, and an interesting drink menu. We were very impressed with our appy- fresh buns with lemon butter. My tourtiere sat on a gently curried banana puree. I had a delicious non- alcoholic punch that was tangy and fresh. Our server was attentive, but not overly so. This place is an absolute gem.
The service was very professional mixed with a side of chatty. Our server was attentive and quick to clean the plates when they were finished. The food was delicious. There is no other need for adjectives. It was that good. The prices were high but to be honest everything is in today's economy. Over all we would happily come back and would highly recommend St Tropez Bistro. On a side note they had a wine pairing for our four course meal. I would highly recommend this.
