“The food is really great! The portions are big, and they are filling. I wish some of the bento boxes had more sauce on the meat (especially the steak and the pork). The bingsoo are big, with lots of toppings, and very good.

The staff are friendly. The service can be a bit slow, but nothing unreasonable.

I got hot and sweaty at the front counter to order and wait for service. You expect an ice cream restaurant to be on the cooler side.“

Yes, the rest was trivial, minimal in sociality, and required very little for giving very little.

“This was a short walk from my airport hotel, so the location worked for me. The staff brought my food to my table along with condiments, etc. which was unexpected but a nice surprise. The guy at the till taking orders was a bit glassy eyed and stunned. I wasn’t sure that he was even hearing my order. They are now using tiny little spoons for the blizzards instead of the longer handled ones. The little ones force you to have your fingers down inside your cup as you finish the last bits, and that gets messy and gross. DQ maybe should reconsider this new decision and go back to normal sized utensils.
