“What a beauty little Gem the Yard & Flagon is! The staff was awesome and suggested the 7oz Sirloin Steak Sandwich with soup of the day (I believe it was a Curry coconut soup).
One word to describe this meal.....Perfect. Ok, maybe a few more....The steak and the red wine reduction of mushrooms was awesome, very flavorful a definite must. And the soup was a great little side.

“A totally different experience from the last time that I was there. Upon our arrival we had to request a table, which I thought was odd. I would assume that a hostess would seat us. Apparently you just go and seat yourself. The waitress was very friendly. Our drinks were served promptly and the food was the correct temperature. I’m still unsure about the ambiance because it was Karaoke night. Last time the blacken chicken was delicious, this time I had the steak sandwich and it was pretty good.“

“Went there today for a quick lunch & got the fish & chips, honestly the best fish and chips I have had in the city and I've tried them all. Food was hot and fresh and the batter was crispy and not too thick or greasy. Service was quick and friendly as well, will definitely be returning to try other food on their menu!“

“We ordered a pizza a few weeks back for my daughter as my husband and I wanted wings and salad. Of course I had to have a taste. It was sooooo good! So of course we had to order a couple more pizzas 2 nights ago for a family gathering. The crust is so yummy and all the toppings are so good. I’ll never order pizza from a pizza joint again as I’m ruined for all other pizza. This is now my go to. Everything I’ve ever eaten there was very good so I shouldn’t be surprised but yum yum yum!“

She waited until they came back to actually deliver the drinks. Which is why I am giving this place seven stars out of 5. In this day and age, ensuring the health and safety of everyone is extremely important. And while I look like a master of roofies, I assure you I’m not. But it doesn’t matter. If all bars operated this way, it would make the going out experience much better. Kudos to the whole team.“

“Hudson, Canada's Pub in Saskatoon is a lively and fun spot that I've visited twice. During my most recent visit, I tried the French fries, screwdriver cocktail, and three types of chicken wings—lemon pepper, honey garlic, and buffalo. The screwdriver was excellent, and the honey garlic wings were the highlight. The French fries were delicious as well. However, compared to the honey garlic, the lemon pepper and buffalo wings weren’t as impressive—still good, but not great.

The atmosphere is vibrant, with great music and a lively vibe, making it an enjoyable place to hang out with friends. The staff are really nice, always smiling, and attentive, which adds to the positive experience.

That said, I did feel a bit like an outsider while dining in, which is hard to explain. Even though the environment is welcoming, something just felt off for me. I might return for a takeaway order of the wings and fries, but I’m less likely to dine in again.

“Stopped by for a burger and a pint the other day. The food was great and the service was top notch. The bartender Erica was fantastic and made the experience a very enjoyable one as she's clearly amazing at her job and also very friendly and accommodating to her customers. It's nice when you have a bartender who is capable and skilled at her duties but who also seems genuinely interested in making her customers feel welcomed. Having one with whom you can actually have some good conversation is s rare thing too these days so that was much appreciated. I had a great time at this establishment and thanks to the experience provided by Erica I will most definitely be back, and if her boss happens to read this, she most definitely deserves a raise :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Stopped for a quick bourbon with Kory, the bartender was quick and friendly and reccomended the dry ribs special.I got the Greek and felt they lacked on the seasoning and flavor but they were the right kind of crisp and juicy and tender.The price was fair and the bartender knew that we were visiting and had just the right amount of interaction.It was quite quiet and a good environment to hang out.“

“I've never been here before and would like to say the servers were fantastic! Went around 10pm on Saturday, I put the date on the bottom of my review. Lady with jean skirt and cute top, amazing service! Lady going around with shot tray, awesome job, lots to pick from and I had lots of fun trying different shots. DJ, you looked miserable, you sound miserable, and you made me feel miserable....I wanted to sing one song and I understand it was hard to hear you but man, you really just didn't want to be there or something? I don't know. I didn't go back for another song, I didn't feel welcomed. Thank you servers for making my night I had a blast! Another thing I'd like to add is the questionable bathrooms lol....Very graphittied up, paper towel is located in a tray thing instead of a dispenser, that's fine, but yeah...Interesting bathroom lol.
