Finn's Irish Pub Reviews
Place is ridiculously awful. Why do they have big screen when all they play is sports repeats. A game can be live and its not even being used. Ordering drinks is crazy difficult and could take an hour and thats being kind.
So, a couple of coworkers and I stopped by for a drink after a Christmas party. The waitress took our order and they went to the washroom. She waited until they came back to actually deliver the drinks. Which is why I am giving this place seven stars out of 5. In this day and age, ensuring the health and safety of everyone is extremely important. And while I look like a master of roofies, I assure you I’m not. But it doesn’t matter. Unbelievably bad service!
Staff could not care less about providing any sort of attention to customers that aren’t sat at the bar.
I never did get served after my first beer, and the only reason they came to my table in the first place was to check my Covid vaccination status.
Waitress kept avoiding eye contact.
Maybe short staffed?….. but inexcusable for being in the service industry.
This was a Saturday night at 5pm.
Do not bother going here...read full review

Based on the reviews, Finn's Irish Pub offers a warm, inviting, and upbeat environment with a bit of history. The food and service are quite good, with one visitor enjoying a perfectly cooked steak sandwich. However, the kitchen is across the roadway, so food comes in covered containers and can be slow and not hot. The patio is enjoyable, and the musical group the Lost Keys provided great entertainment. The staff are great and always put in 100% commitment, with one server with long dark hair being described as amazing. The pub is highly recommended as a number one spot in the city for a great laugh and a pint. However, some reviewers noted safety concerns due to drunk and disruptive customers, including an incident where a man smacked a woman. Others mentioned a change in atmosphere and disappointment that they no longer serve fish and chips.
