“I accidentally placed my mobile pickup order at the wrong location (510 Circle Drive), but the staff at this store were incredibly kind and helpful. Since I was already there and couldn’t make it to the other location, they remade my order without hesitation.

Amazing customer service, friendly, understanding, and professional. Huge thanks to the team for going above and beyond, even though the mistake was mine! 👏☕“

“I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks. The coffee was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor and perfectly made. What impressed me even more was the warm and friendly atmosphere — the staff were so kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. “Today we stopped in to have some drinks. Just me and my two kids. My son dropped his frap on the floor and spilt everywhere. I asked if I could grab a mop and clean it up as napkins wasn’t doing it. One of the wonderful baristas said she would do it even after I insisted I clean his mess.

Secondly, my son was more upset than normal - he was embarrassed. A different barista noticed and she came over to comfort him and made him a new drink. And to top it off a cake pop! Which was so incredibly kind and completely unnecessary but very much appreciated!!! What they didn’t know is we just got bad news, everyone was sad and they made our day so much better. You never know what’s happening in someone’s day or lives at the time. And these acts of kindness will be remembered and should be rewarded! I hope your manager see this young ladies! Job well done today! Thank you!!“

Vegetarian options: Less veggie options but those are great to have.Seems to be more options for vegitarian..Because nowadays, people are tend to eat vegitarian food.“

The Starbucks staff tonight at this Brighton location are the kindest, most sincerely cheerful and welcoming individuals we have ever experienced. “Love this location. Staff are super friendly and fast. They always get my order correct and offer a smile or a kind word. Not a ton of seating inside, but it is great for a quick drive thru beverage.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking lot has ramp to sidewalk, entrance has wheelchair automatic door and is nice and wide, and inside the store are open and spacious.“

“I have been coming here Monday through Friday since mid-December. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of interacting with is always friendly and welcoming. My coffee is always made perfectly too! I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks food though, it’s pretty bland but that’s not the staffs fault.“

“INSIDE SAFEWAY!Food is typical Starbucks food, additional food is a plus because it’s in Safeway, which has tons of hot and ready to go options.Service is good, they had someone training when I was there so it was slow. “I have always loved Starbuck's seasonal drinks but the Strawberry Iced Macha Oat Latte hit the ball straight out of the park for me. “My experience with Dustin first started on the phone to make a confirmation of something before I came in. He was so great and friendly that I knew I was for sure going to come in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Dustin and you could feel the great, positive energy he poured onto others which honestly lifted my mood tremendously. “I had a cappuccino here and it was very good. This coffee shop is conveniently located inside the campus, which makes it very helpful for students and others who study there. I also noticed that this place has one of the largest staff teams I’ve seen in a coffee shop. It seems to be a very busy spot, but despite that, the coffee was still well made and tasted great.“
