“Have been eating at subway for many years. The boys working here around 5pm on Wednesday May 6 made the best sub I’ve ever had. Perfection defined in a sandwich. Not to mention the fantastic customer service. Keep up the great work lads, will be back for sure“

“Hands down one of the best and freshest subways in Saskatoon, I go there regularly and the staff are awesome, go enough and they’ll remember you and your order, it’s extremely clean and they never mess an order up. They never let food stay there to the point you know it’s been there for a long time, ie always fresh. 110% satisfaction. If you’re worried about the freshness of subway sometimes, go here“

“Giving 5 stars only because of Khushi. The service is hit & miss, depends on the staff. Usually when we go there another staff member (not Khushi) is there and she won't even look in our general direction while taking order. Won't greet or acknowledge customers and is generally in a bad mood & can't wait to see our back. We live very near to this subway and we normally dread going there due to the general lack of service but today morning we where in for a big surprise because of Khushi and full credits to her for that. She greets people, smiles, ask what we need & really had a good few minutes there. If the owners of this subway is reading this please take note.“

“My wife went in to pick up 5 subs. I had asked her to get me a 12 inch flat bread sub. I recieved a 12 inch sub on a tortilla. She was told thats what they have for flat bread. I ended up with a 6 inch wrap for the cost of a 12 inch sub. Word to the wise order a bun if visiting this location.“

“I was in on Sunday Sept 15th after 10 Pm, there was an absolute amazing worker! A young woman, I’m unsure of her name but she made my experience amazing! I had just gotten off of work and was craving subway, the worker was so polite and friendly, we made polite small talk about work, she made my sub with so much care, (wasn’t so sloppy like most subways)! I will definitely be returning! This employee deserves a raise! She has amazing customer service and is such a great worker!! :)“

“I haven't ordered from this location much, but I figured I'd give it a try while using Uber Eats.

I had ordered 2 footlong Turkey, 2 footlong Cold Cut, and a pack of 24 mini cookies. The footlong subs were on for a BOGO deal.

When unpacking the subs, I noticed that 2 of the subs had green peppers on them instead of pickles, which was odd since I never asked for green peppers, and the receipt shows that too.

At first I was thinking it was because of the Fresh Salsa, since green peppers could be present in it, but, I didn't notice any Fresh Salsa in them either, and there would be pickles in them too. So, most likely it's just a mixup with putting in green peppers instead of pickles.

I at least don't mind green peppers, and don't mind the missing pickles. However, those of Subway should be careful. You never know if a customer has an allergy to green peppers, and this mixup could've caused a problem, and a waste of food as well.“

“Im giving this store a 5 star review despite my order having a safety concern (not blaming the store for the issue as it could have been a number of things) but the employee that answered the phone to sort out my issue is exceptional. Very kind, and very active on solutions. He assured me I was right for having my concerns, and hes working on a solution.
