We stopped in to Turtle Tea Room while on a bit of a road trip. We were greeted at the door by the owner. She is friendly and answered all of our questions ably. She had a big lunch rush and sold out of pretty much everything but that was okay because we just wanted a snack. We had some lovely dainties and drinks. Of special note is Iced Berry - it was excellent. Even if you’re just buzzing down the road on your way to Yorkton or Fort Qu’Appelle, do yourself a favour and stop...
The soup was really good. But the chilly cheese dog was horrible. The cheese wasn’t melted at all and the thing was cold. It looked very sad in that big box. I don’t recommend getting the chilly cheese dog.
2 friends and I were driving through town and were starving. We were directed by a friendly local to Turtles. I got the Ham and cheddar sandwich, my friends got the turkey. We spent the next 20 minutes talking about how amazing they were. I wish there were more stars to give. Hell of a sambo! Thank you so much!
