THERE IS NO MEXICAN FOOD. DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES. Bar side was cool but I will be primarily discussing the restaurant today. Was sure there'd be Mexican food; there was not. (Something that is insane when further solidified with Mexican themed pics on the wall) It is primarily East Indian food and general bar food. The restaurant side was fairly run down with water damage on the roof panels, tarnished equipment/walls, and no working electricity, both in the restaurant...
Was coming through town and stopped in for dinner and drinks. Staff was very friendly. Drinks were mixed well and food was hot and reasonably priced. Wings are definitely worth a try. Has that awesome small town bar atmosphere
We stumbled upon this place on our way home from hiking the Douglas Dunes. We were expecting typical pub fare but were pleasantly surprised to find East Indian food. In a word; Outstanding! While the atmosphere is not the best it’s worth your time to stop and experience some of the best East Indian food you’ll find anywhere in Sask. Note, this is not a Mexican Restaurant.
