I called ahead of time to clarify that the subway was open till 11pm because I had to drive 45 minutes to get there. The lady on the phone said “yes the subway will be open till 11” So I left my house at 10 walked in at 10:45 pm and everything was closed down. The lady told me they’re not making anymore subs even though I told her I just called and asked. Thanks for giving me false information and making me drive 45 minutes, gonna have a fun time driving 45 minutes back hangry.

The place isn’t that bad to get subs, but they need to focus on their sanitary procedures a bit more. Not replacing their gloves for each sandwich and they aren’t washing the knife too. Cross contamination did happen in my case with an allergy I have, but luckily I noticed.

Usually i always get a veggie patty from There but today i got it and while i was eating it i found a rubber cap from it i dont know that what should i do now cause don’t know is it safe to eat or not!!!

I think the staff can do a better job at customer service rather than getting annoyed at customers for getting their sandwich grilled. I would not recommend this restaurant.
The ladies there were very rude, blunt, and disrespectful towards me and my friends. Our Subs were made with no love and were thrown together. The worker was rolling her eyes and scuffing for no reason. Not Impressed…
