Looking to expand our dining out experiences, we had made a list of well reviewed restaurants in Regina, and, as we were close by, ZamZam Wraps was the place for lunch today. Walking in, we found the food pickup arrangement a bit confusing. Obviously we must have looked confused, as a very kind staffer noticed us and walked us through the process, including samples of several dishes before we ordered. Picked up 2 medium platters…..one was the chicken shawarma. It was very tasty but should have got a small. Chicken was tender and flavourful, rice was good, potatoes were great. The other was falafel which had an overpowering flavour that wasn’t to our liking. Will stick to chicken next time. The complimentary lentil soup was awesome! Good value place to get dinner to go.
We ordered for delivery. I have never ordered this type of food before. Ordered platters and they were excellent. Portion sizes were great and very reasonable prices! Delicious pastry’s for dessert.
