Not sure if regina over all has low standards in terms of shawarma places or ratings are over hyped. We had chicken Shawarma platter and Tandoori Indian Platter at this place and location. Shawarma platter was very basic and i would not rate it more than 5/10. Tandoor Indian Platter was better tasting but taste was average at best. Portions were small for the price they charged. Only saving grace was great staff. They were cheerful and even gave us extra lentil soup without charging extra.

Looking to expand our dining out experiences, we had made a list of well reviewed restaurants in Regina, and, as we were close by, ZamZam Wraps was the place for lunch today. Walking in, we found the food pickup arrangement a bit confusing. Obviously we must have looked confused, as a very kind staffer noticed us and walked us through the process, including samples of several dishes before we ordered. The food was very good, with generous servings and all accompanied by the smiling assistance of the staffer. We sat at a table and enjoyed our meals, and then, just as we were about finished, the staffer brought over two generous bowls of their apparently famous lentil soup, compliments of the staffer. And it was delicious. We will be back - good food and more importantly, outstanding customer service.

Two platters and a wrap between the three of us. Fresh, authentic and so good at an extremely good value. Huge portion sizes!

Picked up 2 medium platters…..one was the chicken shawarma. It was very tasty but should have got a small. Chicken was tender and flavourful, rice was good, potatoes were great. The other was falafel which had an overpowering flavour that wasn’t to our liking. Will stick to chicken next time. The complimentary lentil soup was awesome! Good value place to get dinner to go.

WoW. Tonight @ about 8 I realized that I had not eaten since 6 this morning. Without a thought I drive to ZamZam eastend. My last visit there was great even with them giving me the wrong meat, got lamb order chicken. The food is always the best. Staff GREAT. Tonight young guy says “HI” right when I walked in. Young female comes from the back and I placed my order, medium plater, tandoori chicken, no salad just the potatoes, hummus, rice meat. All good, and when she’s lii oh added the meat she asks if anything else. I said no just exactly as is. She then started to put a bunch of sauces on to which I had told her no when she asked and then said “perfect nothing else” when she had finished with the meat. She then put on a glove, which she had not done to start with, and using her hand she scopes out the hummus and potatoes and throws it in the garbage. She then using same hand grabs napkins and starts to wipe out the spot where the potatoes were!!!!!!!! No joke. She actually dragged napkins over my food, who does that??? Ya I lost it and left, turned around went back in and asked if she knew how unsanitary it was. She scrunched her shoulders and I left, NEVER to return. What happened to you guys ZAMZAM? You went from “WoW GREAT” to “WTF WoW are you kidding me”

We stop on our way back to quebec.we order online. Food was ready on time and it was really excellent. We even got a free soup. I highly recommend.

We ordered for delivery. I have never ordered this type of food before. Ordered platters and they were excellent. Portion sizes were great and very reasonable prices! Delicious pastry’s for dessert.

Tonight was my first time trying Zamzam and it did not disappoint. My sister had given me a glowing recommendation of this place. The man helping me (who I suspect to be the owner) was incredibly friendly, spent time explaining the menu and even sent me home with a free soup. I got the platter and the beef and shawarma chicken were delicious and seasoned perfectly. The sauces they put on top were also incredible. I live in Winnipeg now but when I’m back visiting family, I’ll be sure to return!
