This is a new restaurant to Esterhazy. The waitresses have always been cheerful, polite, willing to search for answers.The cook goes above and beyond. I am gluten free and he will come to the table to speak directly to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming restaurant.I ordered the stuffed mushrooms and nachos. The mushroom caps were well cooked and filled by a savory and rich stuffing with pops of sweetness coming through with the prawns. The nachos stayed crispy and the toppings were all chopped making an even spread of cheese and toppings on the chips. The cheese blend was not greasy at all.

We decided to stop here for lunch while visiting family in a surrounding town and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent. I’m celiac and to find safe eating options in small towns can be a challenge but our waiter was knowledgeable and brought me out a different menu where all options were clearly marked gluten free.
