Consistently screws up my orders.Forgets items multiple times when delivering.Online orders are mismanaged and are not delivered.I love tjs pizza. But this location in esterhazy is an embarrassment to the franchise. A new manager might help.

I've never had a restaurant or company make demands and then threaten the customer, to try and make them pay for a screwed up order, instead of making the order correctly.
location needs a new manager.
3 times in the last 3 months have yet to get a order rite… there never complicated still can’t be made rite. And then when you call they want to remake it but won’t put a credit on acct, I’m half a hour away, last thing I want to do is spend another 40 on gas to go back and probably not have the rite order again…

TJs pizza is normally good and filling. Tonight our pizza had maybe half of the toppings a normal all dressed pizza has. It was very disappointing and not filling. Not we will orderfrom here
