Very untrained working staff. Ordered half hour before and waited for my order. They havent gave food and once i asked status of it, they say we dont charged you. Dont have order status display in store, 6 employee working at a time and no one have idea which order processed and which one pending. This staff need training to work busy location like tim horton before start working here.

Does Tim Horton's should turn off their menu TV screens if they don't serve food after 7:00pm enclose all the food options how hard is it to turn on a toaster to toast a bagel after 7:00pm

A few weeks ago I was traveling to Regina a d usually stop at this store for quick coffee and tim bits. However, when I walked in I saw total unorganized staff. There was a few people waiting to place their order, but it looked like the staff was not even at work. One till open, the other till was blocked with supplies, so they could not even open up without wasting their time to move thins aside. Ended up walking out. Not happy !!!

No cleanliness. Washrooms were horrible. Nothing available. No steak, no timbits, display was almost empty around 4pm on Saturday. Just saw that we had given a review for this a year ago for the same thing and nothing has changed in this location till then. Roast beef I got was still cold. I used to work for Tim's so I know that was not how it should be. Worst location of Tims. Tables were not clean so I had to ask the staff to get that cleaned but when I did so, the guy gave me a blank expression as if I have asked something inappropriate and then was looking in sanitizer buckets for cloth which was empty, which is to be changed every 2 hrs. Since when Tim Hortons doesn't follow all these cleanliness standards. I mean I get it, that the table can be messed up and you cannot keep a track of everything but man, if a customer is requesting to clean then that is part of your customer service. But as zero cleanliness is being followed, I understand why it was difficult for him
First impression was already bad, because I missed the restaurant and had to turn around. The building is nearly invisible from the road. Tiny red sign under a Petro sign, easy to miss.Building and floors were clean, initial presentation was good, until I went into the bathroom. The rule on graffiti is to treat it like a patch of weeds. Graffiti leads to more graffiti. Get it early and it doesn't grow. The men's bathroom is full of it.The girl who served us was clean, smiling, and prompt. She even cautioned us about the wet (recently mopped) floor as she handed us our food. I wish I'd seen her name because she stood out amongst her coworkers who were more concerned with social discussions than actually helping customers.Overall a forgettable experience.

The bathrooms were disgusting. I told a clerk but they just arrived at work & would take care of it later. We definitely will not be back at this filthy place. We were going to dine in but changed our minds.

Okay.. I know it's just a tim Hortons, but at least some level of care should be given.They took our order, fine. Someone came up and put food on the pass and walked away. She was filthy, disgusting old gloves that were visibly wet(and if you are thinking maybe she washed them that is a big no-no), the wrapper was covered in god knows what. And just walked away. I had to call her back to ask what she gave us and she just shrugged! Our order was wrong. I told them and they actually argued with me! What we had was not what we ordered, they had a big sign saying they call the RCMP if any aggression etc behavior occurs and i see why! I'd give a better review to a slap jn the face... I don't normally go off on fast food places, I mean, you get what you pay for. But honestly I feel Tim Hortons owes US for this terrible experience. Next time I'll just go hungry
