There is always some machine down whether it's the wrap press, coffee maker etc but it's way too often. The most often though it's the iced capp machine. It's never the same excuse and that's what it is, an excuse. And instead of waiting in line inside or in drive thru, if you try to call to see if anything is fixed, NO ONE answers the phone and the voice-mail box is full! I mean, what kind of show is this? All too often out of product too.
Stopped by for a coffee and bagel after my shift last week and it was busy but the staff still had everyone's orders out fast. Been coming to this Tim's for years and it's consistently one of the better run locations in the area. The dining room was clean and the drive thru line moved quick even around 9pm on a weeknight. Honestly can't complain, it's reliable every single time I go in.
Stopped in for coffee around 9am on Sunday after wandering around town with my camera and the light coming through the front windows made for a nice shot while I waited. The staff behind the counter were friendly and didn't mind me snapping a few photos of my drink and the donuts case before digging in.
