Empire Diner is a true small-town gem! The food hearty, delicious, and fairly priced-classic diner-style meals done right. Portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. Perfect stop if you're passing through Gull Lake or looking for a great local place to eat. Highly recommend the breakfast and burgers!
This restaurant took care of our wedding party rehearsal pizza dinner and breakfasts all weekend. The most amazing part about this place was how graciously and wonderfully they took care of our breakfast Saturday morning and Sunday morning. They even opened up their restaurant one hour earlier to accommodate all of us. They had almost 20 people in our wedding party. The food was hot, it was fresh, the coffee was perfect and everything was delicious.
Pizza was excellent! Our server, Gurjit Jumba(hope I spelled your name correctly) was such a nice guy! We were passing through on my 62nd birthday and he made my day by giving me a piece of cake! It was delicious, too!
