Probably one of the best meals I have ever had, hands down. We had gotten loads of recommendations from friends and family while we were visiting the area and it was well worth it. I had gotten the beef dip and the gravy, beef, and cheese were all perfect. I think I could eat different beef dips the rest of my life and nothing would surpass Johnny's. It was so good we decided to go an extra time before we left as well. Not to mention the restaurant was quite nice and inviting and the servers were wonderful. As a somewhat important note, the free bread was unfortunately the worst bread I had ever received at a restaurant. Whole wheat, tasted frozen and reheated in a microwave or maybe left in a warm oven, and the butter was oddly sweet? The bread needs a complete rework as it did not bode well for the albeit wonderful meal we ended up having.

Absolutely terrible food. I have ate here many times but the new cook is terrible. Medium rare steak came medium well..after 1 hour.. and baked potato came as double stuffed!!?? Not going back. F.

One of the best restaurants we have within an hour of our home. We've even recommended it to others, who drive further than us to eat here. The food is always good, we've never eaten a bad meal here. You definitely you get what you pay for -- great food, huge portions and friendly service. Go try it for yourself, you'll thank me and won't go home hungry!!

Fabulous food!! I wish that I lived closer…I definitely would frequent if I could. The helpings are definitely on the big side. The washrooms are QUIET. No loud music and glaring lights. 10/10 would recommend.

Service is great. Inside is nice. Do not get the New York steak. It's so thin there was no way they could get it medium rare like I asked. The rest of my food was great though. The ranch that came with my salad was amazing. The bread and honey butter were great. Mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious. That steak though was very bad.

Had the Sunday buffet here and was not impressed. All the dishes were EXTREMELY over salted. Does the cook not have a pallet for the taste of salt? Ease up already. The meal was so salty one could barely eat it all. Owner take the salt shaker away from your cook. Would not go back or recommend.
