We had a wonderful meal at the Trans Cafe in Humboldt. We were there at 4:00 before the supper rush. We had the combo #1 for $13.99. It came with chicken chow mein, fried rice, sweet & sour pork, and deep fried shrimp. It was delicious and did not leave us feeling heavy like some Chinese food places. It's rare I call something the best I've ever eaten at any restaurant. Tran's Cafe has done it twice. These were the most delicious spring rolls and special wonton soup I've ever had.

We stopped in by chance for supper at this hidden gem. The cost was very reasonable, the portions were incredible. The staff very friendly. We decided to try breakfast there as well the next morning and again, we were not to be disappointed. Would highly recommend and next time through? We know where we will be dining.
